Honoring these timeless traditions, Dawn works with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls infused with earth elements, along with other thoughtfully selected instruments, creating rich soundscapes where vibration is experienced throughout the whole body—not just the ears.
A sound bath is a passive somatic experience where you are invited to get comfortable, settle into a supported position, listen and receive.
Arrive in comfortable clothing, allow yourself to be held by supportive props and let the soothing sounds and vibrations move through the body. As the sounds unfold, the mind and body are gently guided toward deeper states of relaxation and awareness.
The slowing of brainwave rhythms can create space for reflection, insight and integration, allowing the body to return to a more balanced state.
